Artist Profile: Sue Harrison

To take a journey into ceramics is to follow a path that is never ending, discovering and exploring new things, constantly inspired and excited.
I chose clay as a medium of expression or maybe it chose me decades ago. It has become an integral part of my life. I studied fine arts at Brighton Technical College in Victoria and was accepted into R.M.I.T. but family circumstances saw us move to Queensland.

I have been lucky enough to enjoy and grow my skills in workshops with Australian and International ceramic artists Janet De Boos, Greg Daley, Penny Smith, Graham Hay, Jim Robison, Lana Wilson and the list goes on.

I also enjoy print making, jewellery making and working with glass.
I have met many wonderful potters and artists along the way and now I am embarking in a new direction.
I would love you to join me on this muddy adventure.
